Qualifications: 

Must be over 19 years old, have no current health insurance plan & input income between $1,200-2,000/month

How The Process Works:

To get signed up, fill out the application linked below & within 2 days (if approved) you'll be contacted by a licensed insurance broker from IHealth with more information of what is included in your personal plan as well as an insurance card in the mail.
